Horizons of Destiny Return Policy

At Horizons of Destiny, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it following the guidelines outlined below.

Return costs are at the expense of the purchaser and are not covered by Horizons of Destiny.

We operate a 14-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for clothing items only. To be eligible for a return, your clothing item must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, and all Horizons of Destiny tags attached.

Return Conditions

All clothing items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the clothing item shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

We will not refund or exchange items where;

- The clothing item has been used, worn, damaged, or washed.

- Horizons of Destiny tags are not attached to the clothing item.

- You have not returned any packaging, such as a dust bag, which is considered an integral part of a product.

Return of Bags & Accessories

If you are returning bags and accessories, please ensure all designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags are included with your return.

Late Returns

Please ensure that the items of clothing are received by us within the 14-day period from the date you received your order. This allows us to process your return promptly and efficiently. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this timeframe.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colours of our clothing products that appear on Horizons of Destiny as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
